Founded in August of 2019, STARC is comprised of an experienced group of skilled professionals with a mission plan of becoming a renowned leader in the aerospace composites manufacturing industry. STARC is located in a stand-alone 26,000 square foot building in San Clemente California.

This includes maintaining the highest quality standards and highest on-time delivery in producing products that support the Aerospace, Satellite and Defense industry.
